Situated in the village of Rainow, Waterfall Cottage is an idyllic, relaxing escape.
Rainow lies in the foothills of the Pennines, straddling the Cheshire boundary of the Peak District National Park.
To the east of the village are the sprawling moorlands and hills of Derbyshire and to the west, the Cheshire plains roll out in front of you.
The cottage is surrounded by open farmland, and is located directly opposite a beautiful Mill Pond which is home to many a happy duck! You can sit in the Summer House and hear the trickling water of the weir at the end of the Mill Pond, which then runs to the River Dean, with a beautiful waterfall just a short walk away at Ingersley Vale.
You will feel like you have truly escaped – yet you still have everything on your doorstep.
