Waterfall Cottage Holidays Access Statement

Restricted mobility:

As a business we keen to be accessible to as many people as possible.

Unfortunately, given the nature and age of the cottage, Waterfall Cottage may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility.

The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and there is no further scope to change the layout of the cottage to change this. Therefore, guests need to be able to negotiate stairs in order to stay at the cottage.

Children/babies:

Given the quiet and peaceful location of Waterfall Cottage we are expecting our main customer base to be couples or friends away for a romantic/relaxing break!

However, given that the cottage does have two bedrooms we can accommodate a child (and can provide a travel cot if requested).

That said, as per the terms and conditions, the cottage is not specifically child proofed and there is a wood burner, steep stairs, etc. Again, please call Jane to discuss if you are at all unsure.
